How much can I release?

Simply fill in the enquiry-form with your basic details and we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your personal circumstances. Literally, depending on your circumstances it can be from as little as 0% to as much as 90%. Generally speaking, if the current value of your pension fund (or combined funds) is under £60,000 you may be able to release 25% to 40% of the value. If your fund is currently over £60,000 you may be able to release up to 90% of the value.

How quickly will it complete?

Successful applications typically take between 3 and 8 weeks depending upon the companies involved, the number of different funds involved, and the complexity of the transaction. To have your personal situation assessed please complete the initial enquiry form.

Tax Free Cash now

Often payments from retirement funds attract favourable tax treatment. Cash received from a pension is not always tax free and caution should be taken to ensure you have understood the tax implications of any transaction you are entering into. If you are in any doubt about releasing your cash, we strongly suggest that you speak to a qualified IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) to get advice.

Take Control now

More flexible pension alternatives have become available over the years. One example of this is the Self Invested Personal Pension Plan (SIPP), a more flexible product that puts you the investor back in control. Fill out our simple enquiry form to learn more.

Frozen Pension

Many people with so called “frozen pensions” are often surprised as to the options available to them. As people change jobs more frequently these days, you may have one or more “pension pots” from previous jobs. Do not leave any stone unturned. Fill out our simple enquiry form to learn more.

Business Problems or Debt Problems?

Unexplored solutions often exist in many areas due to a lack of experience or knowledge. Many people are finding it difficult to get loans at the moment, as the financial crisis has meant that many “conventional” lenders are tightening their lending criteria. Whilst we cannot guarantee that you will be able to benefit from releasing cash from your pension, it is another area worthy of further enquiry. Fill out our simple enquiry form to learn more.

How does the process work?

We are an “introducer” to pension release companies. We do not offer any financial advice. We constantly check the market looking for the best schemes for you –

  1. We only work with UK companies, so that they are covered by UK legislation.
  2. Wherever possible, we check that the companies have obtained a written legal opinion from a UK Barrister or QC to indicate that their services are compliant with all current UK legislation

There are many names given to the different schemes that help you to get cash from your pension. But generally speaking, we work with two types of companies –

a)Pension Transfer” companies may help if your current pension value is £15,000 – £30,000. There are different options, but in general they offer a payment of 15% to 50% of the value of your current fund.

b) We also work with a specialist company who can help you to release up to 90% of the value of your pension, in a tax-efficient way. They only deal with pension funds (or a combination of smaller funds) that are over £30,000. Their product originated in 2005 and is fully disclosed to HMRC.
